Are you a cardio queen who 'watches what she eats'?...
That's exactly what I was in the left picture.
But not just a 'cardio queen', I was a triathlete! Clocking up serious miles in the pool, on the bike and 40kms per week on foot. So how on earth was I still soft everywhere and carrying fat across my stomach? - it didn't make any sense.
Once I switched to a whole food plant based diet, got my daily calories and macros in check and shifted my mindset around food - my body shape started to change.
Athletes eat and train - they don't diet and exercise.
